The mixed housing loan option combines the advantages of different loan types, an indexed and non-indexed loan, that can be combined in accordance with the fund's loan rules. The maximum mortgage rate on a mixed loan is 75%, but the indexed loan must not exceed a mortgage rate of 65%.
